Greetings! At the request of regular attendees, The Board Fools is proud to host a USCF-rated, month long 5-round, single-section, one-game-a-week, Swiss-System tournament that will be held every Thursday in April. Time control is G/45;d5, meaning this tournament is Dual-Rated. USCF official Regular ratings for April will be used (Quick and/or Blitz ratings may be utilized if participant does not have a Regular Rating, or if they are more than 400 points discrepant). Half-point byes available upon request, otherwise non-attendance will result in a 0 point bye. Games start at 18:30 each day promptly. Participants are encouraged to register online via VegaResult (only name & email are required, though USCF ID helps a ton!), or by contacting TD prior to the first round.
